London is Open London Eye
Created on
31 July 2017

The capital's unique atmosphere really comes to life over summer with the best festivals, sporting events, museums, attractions and lush green spaces around every corner.

As part of the London is Open for Summer Campaign, the Mayor has launched a new video urging families to take advantage of all the great things on offer this summer.

The video gives glimpses of some of London's best loved tourist attractions getting ready to open in the morning, with spoken-word poet Suli Breaks narrating famous quotes about London from famous poets and authors including William Blake, Charles Dickens, William Dunbar and Anna Quindlen.
