About West Acre Square

Part of Berkeley's The Green Quarter development in Southall, we are excited to deliver a range of studio, one and two bedroom Shared Ownership apartments across two blocks in one of the UKs most biodiverse developments.

You are unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market
You do not already own a home or you will have sold your current home before you purchase
Priority will be given to those that work or live in the borough
