Local area information

Waltham Forest (Walthamstow) is a great place to live. It is the first London Borough of Culture in 2019! Lots of young professionals and young families live here, it is safe and friendly. There are excellent schools, gyms, shops, cinema, bars, clubs, and experiences on your doorstep!

From the flat, local transport is great: Wood Street overground station is less than 10 mins walk with trains to Liverpool Street taking 25 mins. Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) is 18 mins walk from the flat, or you can get the bus in less than 10 mins. The 212 bus goes directly from outside the flat, with 275 and 123 a few mins walk away. Property is also a 35 min drive from Stansted airport and the train from Tottenham Hale is a short taxi or bus ride away.
