"I have loved living at Varcoe Road. There is a real sense of community in the building and people look after eachother. The co-working space has been great for working from home, and the roof terrace is lovely in the summer, and even better to watch fireworks from in the winter with an amazing view. 

The flat is bright and well proportioned with plenty of storage. It is one of the larger flats in the building and has been looked after carefully.

The transport links are very convenient with trains going straight into London Bridge in under ten minutes. I have enjoyed having southwark park so near; and there are shops, gyms, cafes and restaurants all within an easy walk. Not to forget the Bermondsey Beer mile starts just down the road!  "
