The Homes for Londoners search site is the Mayor of London's official platform for finding an affordable home in London and making your route to buying or renting in the capital as easy as possible. Registering means you can save properties while searching on-the-go, check your eligibility for homes and book open day viewings.

We collect personal information when you register. This enables us to create and administer your Homes for Londoners account and identify suitable properties based on the information you provide.

Registration also means that we can keep you updated on how your input helps to shape plans and policies. To read in full about how we use your information, please see our privacy policy.

Eligibility Criteria

If you're interested in buying an apartment with hared Ownership at New Kent Row, you'll need to meet the following criteria based on your situation:

  • Your overall household income is less than £52,825 for 1 beds, £62,416 for 2 beds, £72,454 for 3 beds. 
  • You are unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market
  • You do not already own a home or you will have sold your current home before you purchase
  • When homes at New Kent Row become available, we will be offering them exclusively to those who live or work in the Southwark borough.
