Overview

Minterne Apartments is a new Extra Care scheme exclusively designed for people over the age of 55.

Located in White City, London, residents live independently in the privacy of their own home.

At the same time, on-site care teams are available 24/7, giving residents peace of mind they can access the support they need, if and when, they need it. This means that couples with differing care needs can continue living together, with support from Care Workers.

Pets are welcome to live with residents at Minterne Apartments too, subject to meeting the terms of our Pet Policy. Find out more about this on our website.

Residents can also be visited by friends and family without having to ask permission for visitors.

There's even an on-site restaurant where residents can relax and take a break from cooking with a hot meal.

Minterne Apartments has been developed with everything in mind, which involves making sure residents have access to the perfect mix of communal facilities and their own personal amenities. That's why you'll find all* of the one- and two-bedroom apartments:

• Feature quality fitted kitchens with a ceramic hob, extractor and integrated mid-height oven for easy access, mixer taps and raised power points

What's more, all of the apartments are linked to the Appello digital emergency and wellbeing system, as standard. This means residents can easily reach out to the on-site Care Team at any time of the day or night.

Train stations and local amenities

White City and Latimer Road stations are less than one mile away, providing connections to the rest of London via the Central Line, which is just three miles from The Royal Albert Hall, two miles from Kensington Palace and Gardens, and the Design Museum, and 1.5 miles from sports facilities, gardens, and woodland at Holland Park.
