Homeowner experience:

"Harbard Close has been the perfect first home, I've been able to make the space my own and the layout has been superbly thought out. I work in the city and the transport links are unbeatable. Having access to private outside space has been incredible and the community within the development is brilliant. The buying process was really smooth and they are great at answering any questions you might have about buying your first home. Make sure to try out The Boat House for a drink and a bite to eat (12mins walk) - It's the best place on the river to watch the sunset."
