We have tried to keep the apartment in good condition with many improvements and little clever ways of utilising space. Keeping it clutter free and a high standard of cleanliness is also important for us. Extremely good insulation requiring hardly any heating in the winter, therefore low utility bills. Hot water and underfloor heating are included in service charge. Good community spirit in the building."
