Armed Forces Day 2024

The Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, and Chair of the London Assembly Andrew Boff AM, are hosting a flag-raising ceremony for members of the British Armed Forces, Cadets, and Representatives on Monday 24 June.

This flag raising ceremony honours service personnel, past and present for the their bravery and commitment, and is in support of the national Armed Forces Day that takes place on Saturday 29 June.

Every year, we come together in support of our military men and women, reservists, veterans and cadets. A number of speeches will be delivered by the Mayor of London, the London Assembly and special guest military representatives.
