Initiatives like the London Permit Scheme and the Transport for London Lane Rental Scheme (TLRS) ’help to ensure works are better planned, coordinated and undertaken to reduce disruption. The Mayor’s Code of Conduct for Roadworks and Roadworks Pledge also set out the standards expected for works.
