The Mayor publishes lists by week of the planning applications referred to him for consultation.
London boroughs and the Corporation of London are required to consult the Mayor of London on two types of planning consultations: planning applications and local development plan documents.
Planning applications
London boroughs are required to consult the Mayor on planning applications of strategic importance to London as defined by the Town and Country (Mayor of London) Order 2008. The Mayor has six weeks from receipt to provide the local planning authority with a statement setting out whether he considers that the application complies with the Spatial Development Strategy (The London Plan) and his reasons for taking that view. The Mayor’s subsequent planning decisions are available online.
Local development plan documents
London boroughs are required to consult the Mayor on Local Development Schemes and Local Development Document consultations. The Mayor will provide the local planning authority with a statement whether he considers the Local Development Document is in general conformity with the Spatial Development Strategy (The London Plan). The Mayor’s subsequent planning decisions are available online.
The lists are available to download by year.
