Migrant workers help to make London the powerhouse of Britain’s economy and the Mayor wants to ensure that migration benefits all Londoners. The Mayor is determined to manage the pressures that population growth can put on communities and services. He also wants to stop the exploitation of migrants and promote opportunity.
London Enriched
London Enriched, launched in 2009, is the Mayor’s strategy for refugee integration. The strategy aims to make sure that refugees can quickly overcome the challenges of settling in a new country.

Diversity and Equality in European cities (DIVE) project
The DIVE project encouraged cities to benefit from the diversity of their population and helped with the integration of migrants into their new societies. As a partner in the DIVE project, the Mayor signed the Integrating Cities Charter. Find out more on the Integrating Cities (external website).
