Draft Equality Schemes consultation reports

Following consultation on the GLA's draft equality schemes, a consultation report and the GLA response report were published.

The GLA published its draft Equality Schemes - Disability Equality, Gender Equality and Race Equality -  for consultation in summer 2010.

The equality schemes consultation report 'Equal Life Chances for all Londoners: Report on the outcome of consultation on the Greater London Authority’s draft Disability, Gender and Race Equality Schemes' summarises how people engaged with us, who engaged with us, what the responses were and how they have and will be used to drive the work of the GLA and the GLA group. It also features our responses to the wider issues raised during the consultation.

The equality schemes consultation GLA response report ‘Equal Life Chances for all Londoners: Actions being taken by the Greater London Authority group on consultation responses to the draft Disability, Gender and Race Equality Schemes’ contains those responses to the consultation which relate to actions that fall within the remit of the GLA and the GLA group. It also sets out what the GLA group are doing or plan to do with regard to these specific actions.
