The Environment Committee will publish its report on how domestic food waste is managed in London, ‘Bag it or bin it?’ The report looks at the environmental effects of household food waste being sent to landfill, assesses the recycling performance of London boroughs and makes recommendations for easier and more cost-effective recycling for residents and local authorities.
