At a full meeting of the London Assembly tomorrow, the newly elected Mayor of London will be questioned on a range of transport issues.
It is the first opportunity for Assembly Members to question the Mayor on his transport plans and the work of Transport for London (TfL), since his election to office. The guests are:
- Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London and Chair, TfL
- Mike Brown MVO, TfL Commissioner
The following topics will be discussed:
- TfL – past and future
- The Mayor’s transport manifesto
- Reducing traffic in London
- The black cab trade
Following this, Assembly Members will submit motions on various topics.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, 8th June from 10.00am in The Chamber at City Hall (The Queen’s Walk, London SE1).
