ParalympicsGB make us proud

28 August 2012

Chair of the London Assembly Jennette Arnold AM has sent best wishes from City Hall to the British Paralympic Association and all the athletes competing for ParalympicsGB at the 2012 Paralympic Games.

On the eve of the opening ceremony of London’s first Paralympic Games Jennette Arnold AM said:

“On behalf of the London Assembly I am delighted to send our very best wishes to all of ParalympicsGB. They have already won our admiration and made us proud by the effort and commitment they have had to put in to win the right to represent their country at the Games.

“There will be many medals and not a few disappointments over the next two weeks but I hope every athlete remembers that just being at London 2012 represents success.”
