MD1224 Lease in relation to Southern Park, Greenwich Peninsula

GLA Land and Property Limited owns the freehold of Southern Park, located on the Greenwich Peninsula. In line with the Mayor’s commitment to find an exit strategy for all of the GLA’s land and property assets and the GLA’s emerging Asset Strategy, the GLA has revisited the options appraisal for Southern Park carried out by its previous owner (the Homes and Communities Agency). As a result of this re-appraisal it is proposed that Southern Park be leased to the Land Trust on a 998 year lease at a peppercorn rent.
