To approve the conditional disposal of the GLA Land and Property Limited (GLAP) owned St Clements Hospital site in LB Tower Hamlets. GLAP will enter into a conditional Development Agreement with the preferred bidder; Galliford Try, to develop the site providing private and affordable housing, including affordable housing owned by London’s first Community Land Trust (CLT).
