On 1 April 2012 a number of loan agreements, equity mortgages and various other ancillary agreements transferred from the Homes and Communities Agency (“HCA”) to GLA Land and Property Ltd under The Greater London Authority and Homes and Communities Agency Transfer Scheme 2012 made under sections 190 and 193 of the Localism Act 2011 (“the Transfer Scheme”). It may be necessary or desirable to transfer these from GLA Land and Property Ltd to the Greater London Authority (“GLA”), and this Mayoral Decision asks the Mayor to take the decisions required to do this.
