Executive summary
The Mayor has provided his full support to the initiative whereby the Museum of London is providing free access to the Olympic Cauldron for all of its visitors. As a further sign of that support, the Greater London Authority (GLA) has agreed to provide grant funding of up to £100,000 to the Museum of London to meet the costs arising to the Museum from acquiring and displaying the Cauldron.
