We serve one of the most complex, dynamic, global cities in the world. The environment in which we operate is ever changing – we need to change to be fit for purpose.

Accepting and changing

We accept the recommendations in both the Phase 1 Grenfell Report and HMICFRS inspection report. London Fire Brigade needs to learn to adapt in a more agile and rapid way.

The Transformation Delivery Plan is the beginning of our transformation process and we will be working with our people to implement and develop the plan as we continue to improve.

Our Transformation Delivery Plan sets out the Brigade’s short, medium and long-term priorities for change. The plan also includes our:

  • Purpose
  • Vision
  • Strategy for transformation
