Come and challenge your assumptions of what it means to be a woman working in the UK today.

Many discussions and images of ‘women in work’ focus on white women in business roles. This reinforces unrealistic ideas of what it is to be a woman who works. It also doesn’t reflect reality. Women don’t all share the same experiences and challenges.

The Same But Different photography project is part of Business in the Community’s gender equality campaign. At this special exhibition, which is a collaboration between photographer Leonora Saunders and Business in the Community, the project celebrates the diversity of women working in the UK today. It also shares stories of women whose voices are rarely heard. Prepare to be surprised.
