Volunteer Recruitment and Management. Delivered by Greater London Volunteering, this workshop will showcase excellence in volunteer recruitment and management.

Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV). Delivered by CIPD and Team London, this workshop will explore the benefits of skills-based ESV for organisations and volunteers. 

The Changing World of Volunteering. Delivered by the Centre for London, this workshop will draw on current research and will showcase how technological, economic and demographic changes will impact on volunteering in the future.

Inclusivity: Cross-Community Volunteering. Delivered by Ethelon and CARAS, this workshop will showcase programmes that use volunteering as a way of integrating refugees into the community.

Organisational Leadership. Delivered by The Royal London Society of Blind People and Creative Learning Company, this workshop will showcase both organisations which have experienced success after facing challenging times.

Creating the Next Generation of Volunteers. Delivered by Emfasis, France Benevole and The Challenge, this workshop will focus on the benefits of volunteering for young people and the communities in which they live.

Volunteering and Its Place in the Service Delivery in the Local Community. A panel discussion with the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), The Foundation for Social Improvement (FIS), Citi  Big Lottery Fund and Centre for London.

Measuring Your Impact. Delivered by Volonteurope, the Coalition for Efficiency and Volunteering Matters, this workshop will focus on whether organisations are making an impact on the community and how to measure and present this to stakeholders.

Communications Techniques to Create Stronger Communities for Your Charity or Social Enterprise. Delivered by Cloudred, City of Sacremento and Do-It, this workshop will showcase how to access free or inexpensive technology and the use traditional techniques to build stronger communities of supporters.
